"Called told them I had covid and if I could get medication. They told me a doc would call for a consult but never called. Called them 4 times . Last time I was disconnected. Do not I repeat do not use them. Completely unreliable"

"Apparently my COVID test results were available since Friday, December 18, 2020. I was not notified of my results. I called twice and scheduled two appointments to get phone calls regarding my results, but the clinic did not uphold their part, and I was never notified. There is no urgency in their urgent care. Need to figure out how to report this to the state. ***Updated Friday, January 29, 2021*** I did get a follow up call the following day from the office. I have since gone back twice to get retested, and I had a much better experience. This office serves their community well. I thank them for their help. This is why I changed the rating from 1 star to 5 stars."

"The reason I gave one star is because they actually took me in as a same day walk-in. I will say, however, that they took me into a tiny room where there were 2/3 staff walking in and out of the room as I got my blood drawn at very close proximity - very scary because of Covid! Also, I have been calling for about a week and a half to get my test results, and still have yet to speak to someone. As someone else said - they do not pick up the phone!!"

"This place is the worst I’ve ever been.... the nurse at the desk was so rude and walking around with her mask down. Which I have pictures of . As a nurse you would think she knows better but no she was to busy talking to the other nurses instead of tending to the patients that she had standing on line outside. When I asked her about it she told me I didn’t have to be there. Wow I wonder if the doctor trains them to send patients away instead and treating them. Now here we are 3 days later no one has called me with my results that were supposed to be available to me yesterday. I understand getting busy so you forget ok let me call myself since I need my results to go back to work. I have at this point been calling non stop for 2 days with no response.... the nurse wins... I will never be back. Now off to get a covid test I can actually get the results for"
