The is staff is nice enough but the administrative systems are weak and wait times are excessive. Today I was supposed to have an appointment with a PA ston order for her to look at healing from a small procedure I had 2 weeks ago. I left after waiting 1 hour & 15 minutes."
"The PA Jessie is great, but the African American medical assistant is very unprofessional. She was making faces when I was getting a treatment. She is working at the wrong place, she should work at a fast food restaurant or something behind doors. She shouldn’t be dealing with patients, specially patients that might be vulnerable due to their skin conditions. The front desk Spanish lady is very nice, she is always smiling. They have good staff, but the bad ones are making the whole facility have a bad reputation."
