"I’m a new patient of Dr. Matthew- she seems very good.. she was very thorough and kind. But I’ve now left THREE messages for the nurse to call me back with my results. And they’re back because I was told they were back! I called Monday, I called Tuesday and I called Thursday. This is ridiculous. I saw her in the beginning of February- she couldn’t get me in for my follow up- for 3 MONTHS LATER! Which is ridiculous! Now, I get a call- she’s not going to be in that day now- so now my appointment is being pushed out another MONTH!!! OVER FOUR MONTHS FOR A FOLLOW UP! Come on. That’s ridiculous. These two things make me want to find a different doctor."

"Several years taking my son , never any issues. But recently I’ve had to go myself, extremely scared they could see it was clear. I was sent for an MRI/MRA, I called after to get an appointment sooner then the end of the month. No issue , fine hung up still scared about results and having to wait. Kim called me about an hour later, and said my results were fine just to put me at ease. Kim (Fishkill office) is amazing and so reassuring. The Doctor was good to but she needed a shout out :)"

"I made an appointment like a month prior. Two days before my appointment they left me a voicemail calling to confirm my appointment and to bring my vaccine card. If I’m not vaccinated, I would need to call back. I call to speak with someone and can’t get through. Finally a call back and they tell me I can only see the doctor virtually if I’m not vaccinated. Like are you kidding me? You waited until the day before to tell me, instead of from the jump. You’re a doctor. If you can’t handle taking care of all patients then you shouldn’t be a medical provider. Then they tell me they can schedule me another appointment with another provider but not until June and it can’t accommodate my schedule. Place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend anyone. Extremely unprofessional"

"The doctors are perfectly well and good, though my only gripe is with the prescription refill process. The fact that it’s a system that has you leave a message isn’t ideal, but it’s fine. However, the fact that you can’t leave a message (which requires no one to be on the other end) outside of business hours is frustrating. To make matters worse though, even if you call during when they’re open, you’re still not guaranteed to be able to leave your message. For example, I just called right now (4:15 PM) and was not able to get through, despite both Google and their own voicemail saying they close at 5, and to call back during normal business hours."

"We love Dr. Castaneda as he always takes time to listen and to give us a solution or advice on what we could work on with our daughters. Very professional and easy to talk to."
