"AVOID!!!, unless you wanna go a week without lifesaving medication because the doctors here don't look at prescriptions untill closing, if they remember at all. been with optum for three years, phone service is still borked. don't call in expecting someone to answer, get ready to be on hold for upwards of two and a half hours. have yet to actually be able to get another appointment with my doctor either, in person over the phone or online my requests have been ignored. i'm wondering how i'm even still a patient there. going from my last doctor who'd get my medications refilled within no more than 20minutes to needing to wait an entire day to see if my doctor even bothered to look at what i have been told has been marked as an "URGENT" request has driven me insane, had hope because they are the closest to where i live but i will be switching providers soon. a longer commute is worth it for better service."

"I called last week to get my son's immunization records either emailed or faxed to me. They told me both forms of communication would be a breach of privacy. I asked for them to be usps mailed to me and they said that would take a long time. I asked them to just mail it to me and also asked that I be able to pick them in person if I did not receive them in a timely manner. I went there today and there was no record of this interaction and they refused to release the records. They told me to come back tomorrow. I am finished with this entire practice. It is a shame because there are some great doctors."

"Absolutely incompetent the customer service ! I tried several times to re schedule an appointment only to be bounced around to different departments by customer service. Only to be led to an answering machine."

"My wife made an appointment for her obgyn, waited two months for the appointment, then 45 minutes in the waiting room, just to get in for the doctor to tell her to go see a different doctor. She told them when she made the appointment what it was for, why didn’t they tell her to see someone else then? All this time and a copay later, they don’t care about you."

"Appreciate my physician however the radiology scheduling seems to need some assistance. My doc told me to schedule a repeat exam as he saw something he wants to follow. I started at 430 pm to call radiology to schedule test. As of 5 pm- no answer. I did hang up, call the Physican hospital line for help, however radiology scheduling still didn’t answer. I will have to try another day but it’s not very supportive when phones aren’t answered to schedule exams."
