"I started playing pickle ball last summer and after a few months I experienced pain in my left knee which traveled up to my left hip . The pain stopped me from playing so I saw an orthopedic doctor and I was given an anti inflammatory med and had two cortisone shots which still didn’t help with the pain. I chose to do physical therapy at Ivyrehab in Wappingers Falls. I loved the atmosphere of this facility ; all of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Kathleen explained the need to include your core exercises and how they affect the IT band as well. I finished PT yesterday and am able to play Pickleball again! All the exercises Kathleen had me do worked and she also gave me detailed printouts of my exercises. I definitely recommend Ivyrehab and all of the staff; Kathleen, Frank,Mike and Dawn!"
