"Unfortunate circumstances required me to move back to NYC unexpectedly. I contacted Dr. Bingham and his nurse educator to see if they could assist me with the transition as I would be without health insurance for a bit. (ie. change from Dexcom to Libre, Tandem pump to long acting insulin). They read my message and then never responded. Dropped me like a hot potato. Extremely unprofessional. Fortunately I was able to find a different venue after having to pay around $1000 out of pocket. Be wary of this practice."

"The staff at the front desk are very unfriendly. One lady in particular that is there every time just barks orders at me instead of treating people like customers. Never had a worse experience at a Dr. Office."

"Love,Love,Love my doctor(Dr. Bingham)he gets 5 stars! The 2 stars is for the office team. Not a fan of them. I have been Dr. Binghams patient for roughly 16 years. Followed him when he left his old office I was first a patient at. He is extremely intelligent & values you as his patient. He personally calls me when he needs to discuss test results & changes in my medication. Office staff is mediocre-Unprofessional,unpleasant,lack personality & boisterous at times. Cluttered/messy desks. Poor hygeine/sloppy appearances.....Depends on which check-in clerk you get at the time/on the day of your appointment. If you're in need of an Endocrinologist, meet Dr. Bingham!"

"My Dr. is good. The Office Staff on the other hand are militant bureaucrats. Wait times for appointments can be from 15-60 min. after being ignored at check in for 5 minutes. Refill procedure is horrible! Min. 5 days processing which leads to outages since you cant legally request a refill until its within 1 week of last purchase date. Refuse to expedite orders even when medication is critical."
