"USELESS PLACE!!! I went to 400 Red Creek Drive location for an xray. They close at 4:30PM and I got there 4:19PM. I was told they don't take any more patients after 4:15PM. I told them I was told they close at 5 and stop taking patients at 4:45. I asked if they could make an exception since nowhere did they advertise that they stop taking patients at 4:15 and they'd be closing at the same time whether I came at 4:15 or 4:19. They said no. Then an administrator came out and tried to pass the buck by saying they aren't responsible for the xray portion, they just run their front desk for them. I said this is all ran by UofR but she kept making excuses. Then on the paper her front desk gave me, it said walkins are welcome. She said this is not accurate since they'd have to reject everyone if 5 people came in at 4:15PM, even though again, it says walkins welcome. They called another xray place that said they're open to 9PM. I got there at 5:15 and guess what? They closed at 5! This useless administrator I spoke with wasted 30 minutes of my time!"
