"Right now I’m rating 1 star for Greece. Called to make an appointment. I was rushed off the phone in mid conversation due to asking for insurance information. Stated that they can not make an appointment with out it. Which is fine but I wanted to ask another question. She spoke over me and hung up. I get it it’s very busy but ask do you have any other questions before hanging up. Why would I want to bring business there if you rude on the phone. Made me feel very uncomfortable about bringing my child there. I wanted to ask what insurance you take. If you don’t take why move forward."
"Hands down the rudest staff for pediatric patients and parents. It feels like I’m wasting their time and annoying them by bringing my kid in for an eye exam. It’s so unwelcoming that’s it’s shocking, especially after all the awesome pediatric doctors my kid has seen for other specialties. In comparison to the other experiences and then to be treated so terribly here, it actually left me speechless. This is a cosmetic eye Dr office for sure, they don’t want to deal with kids. Go elsewhere"
