All the staff we've encountered has always been so helpful, and kind. Although we now live in the city, and it can be a little bit of a distance, I still wouldn't change her drs for anything."

She takes her time with us, and answers all of our questions. We never have to wait. If we send a message to My Chart, she always answers. We're so grateful to have her for our doctor, after being with our primary doctor for over thirty years."

"Not what I was used to. I can’t speak for the whole office but Allison Carrol was not a go for us. As a doctor her bedside wasn’t great. I had read bad reviews about her not being warm, not empathic or keeping the patient at the center of care. It’s true. She was everything that her reviews says that she is. I honestly regret having ever allowed this person into my life as my primary care. Totally not happy and feeling less confident about the quality of my health care."

"Doctors always hang up on me when I call them because they can’t answer my questions because they don’t know anything.it is impossible to talk to an actual doctor, I usually end up waiting 5-7 days to hear back from a doctor(that’s if I even do), their has been several times they haven’t filled my prescription on time/incorrectly EVERY month since I’ve been with them(2 years now).they don’t take the time to listen to patients, this is very clearly a horribly ran dr. Office that is here to only collect money and not actually help their patients.ive never once Been told by a doctor “their is nothing I can do for you” except for the doctors at this place, DO. NOT COME HERE even if your life depends on it.I called them and told them I’m puking blood because I’m not on my meds,they told me “oh well,I can’t help you”.seriously?!?its your job to save lives, so start doing it! Lucky I can’t give them a negative rating."
