"I'm unsure how to feel now. There was a great vet that we liked seeing, and then they're gone. Our groomer is gone. And most of the people we knew are now gone. It's sad, and I feel like the only way I can provide an environment my animals are comfortable with is to find an office with some form of consistency. I don't think this vet is bad, but not a great fit for us."

"Before posting this review, I took the time to read the other reviews and I have to say I just do not see a lot of them as true. While I’ve never had any emergent issues, this vet always gets me in at a reasonable time frame, and treats all of my animals with respect. They assisted with diagnosing and treating my cat, and told me their honest opinions, even when it came down to letting her go. They have neutered my other cat, plus handled all vaccinations, and they are handling every part of care for my puppies. I have a busy life and a very busy household, and they always respect my time and I am in and out. The cost is always reasonable and I’m never pushed or sold on anything. My most recent visit was amazing for my puppy, they did vaccinate him as planned, and treated him so well and suggested pet insurance due to his breed, he’s going to be big. I am impressed with every staff, and it’s always the same people I see, and they know me and my animals without a doubt. I travel a little further out of my way for the care I receive and I don’t intend to change that. I highly recommend DAH."

"Wouldn’t recommend this vet to my worst enemy. Would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible. Ran into the animal hospital with our dog crying and in pain having lost the use of his back legs. Got told there wasn’t a vet at THE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! This location would be better off a pet store. Or maybe just stay away from animals in general…. There is obviously no love for them here."

"The owner, vets, techs and reception crew are all compassionate and kind. I wasn't the easiest client, as I was under incredible stress and fear for my pet. They showed me empathy and generosity when they really didn't have to. I was met with humanity and grace and the professionals truly tried everything within their power to help my animal and work with me regarding finances. I was humbled by my experience at Dansville Animal Hospital and would recommend them highly to anyone. Good hearted people!"
