"Great ER experience. Staff was compassionate, kind and professional and thorough in their care. Right from front desk, to techs, nurses and doc."

"** READ UNTIL THE END** brought my friend there at 9pm. she had a severe cough and was in severe pain, and had been for about 2 weeks. we were there until 4am and seen for a total of 5 minutes. they told her nothing was wrong and that they couldn’t do anything for her. they recommended that we went to our college health center, even though she’s already been there (wondering what a college health center is going to do for her that the ER couldn’t?). 2 days later my friend went to her doctor back home and they immediately diagnosed her with RSV and Whooping Cough. Really wondering how anyone here has any sort of medical degree"

"If I could give this place a zero I would. They discharged me after 3 hours before all my labs were back and did not do a thorough exam at all. They also let the blood pressure cuff get so tight that it left scrapes and bruises all down my arm. I miss when doctors would actually look for a cause of your symptoms instead of just saying “I don’t know”."

"We had a 6-hour time frame before loss of limb. We waited 5 hours for them to tell us they can't do anything there, that we'll have to go to Strong, in Rochester. When I asked for a second opinion the answer was "there's only one doctor on duty". In the entire hospital..... Only one doctor on duty! Do not recommend! Save yourself the hassle and just go to Strong. If a limb is lost because of this, they will be held fully accountable"

"Showed up late Sunday night with symptoms. Emergency room staff was cordial. There is always a wait but as soon as I was brought in the medical staff was excellent. Within a couple hours I was assessed, tested, and confirmed a diagnosis. I was admitted for a procedure and once on the floor the excellent care continued. Throughout my pretreatment, procedure, and follow-up was excellent. I could not have asked for better care. Thanks to all who I interacted with but especially the third floor staff!"
