"I had 2 babies at strong hospital… the worst experience of my life! I wrote and complained… but Doctors are not held accountable for their mistakes. They lost my babies heart rate in the ambulance, because they moved him to another hospital without telling me… I called for an update to be told they didn’t have a patient by that name."

"GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I went in tonight because my son was constipated. After being put into a room. I had to wait one whole hour just for somebody to come in and tell me that because they’re sick kids in the ER. My child was not a priority after waiting another hour with nobody coming in and my baby screaming at the top of his lungs because he was in pain I decided to get up and leave, I will not let this slide. I have like a lot of stuff that’s happened in this hospital slide but this one I am going to bring it to the highest person I can think of this is ridiculous. They do not care about their patients. My child is not even a year old yet, and you’re telling me that my child is not a priority ."

"My 2 month old grandson got sent to the ER from his primary care doctor to see a specialist on call. He is having issues with his airway clogging and stopped breathing. He had two episodes in the ER where the mother had to administer first aide while the staff was too preoccupied and just watched. No specialist have come to see him and they are planning on sending him home without any help or information. Very disappointed with this hospital especially pertaining to a child."

"My comments are strictly on the emergency room. Bottom line: don't go there unless you are bleeding from the head, have a heart attack, or stroke. I went for breathing issues for pneumonia, and was in the emergency room for 24 hours. The bathrooms were disgusting - not cleaned, missing supplies. Food was scarce, supplies were running thin, and there were actually no pillows for patients to use to try to sleep. Staff in the Apocolypse Tent next to the ER ignored my call button for an hour before I finally flagged someone down. While I did get the treatment I needed, I did not feel safe as an immune compromised patient. Do not go here unless it's an absolute dire life threatening emergency. Call your primary care dr, leave messages with after hours/on call, or go to urgent care if it's open."

"I'm not very thrilled with the "care" I've had here at strong. I've been here since Thursday morning due to bleeding while pregnant. The nurses are great, well some. But the doctors are a joke. I'm hardly told the same thing twice and I'm supposed to trust this entire unit with my care? My IV hasn't been flushed in 15 hours. I'm 28 weeks and leaving against medical advice because I don't feel comfortable here. It's not good for my mental health and it's causing unnecessary stress. I wouldn't recommend going here. Find some place else."
