"I would never in my life send a family to this doctor office. Marcy I believe is your name you are beyond rude and ignorant. You should look into a job that has zero empathy. You put my family through hell all we wanted was answers. This lady Marcy will call you back and she will cuss you out. I don’t know who the doctor is but I’m Glad you dropped my family because you ma'am are beyond disrespectful and it’s very disappointing that an adult acts like this….. it’s not ok what you all did was wrong to my family member and he could have potentially become worse but refused to answer our questions you wouldn’t let us talk to his doc. You are truly a miserable women who lacks zero empathy…… I pray for ppl like you especially in this situation because you have no clue how many people you hurt. You have no clue what you put my family and I through. You have no clue what we have been through in life. You are vile you need to retire or be retrained your vulgar and you’re not a very nice person I hate what you put us through all you had to do was communicate Marcy. Don’t send your older family members there I never seen someone treat people the way this lady does. I will making calls Marcy."

"Lady who answered was very rude. She wasn't even paying attention to my responses. I'd like to point out that they accept limited insurance, but they would not allow me a new patient appointment and she was snippy about me explaining our insurance was changing. Also, apparently having a medical issue that requires a controlled substance means they can discriminate against you, and reject you from being a patient. In what world are doctors allowed to turn people away because of issues they can't control? Seems like a place that should close their doors if they're unable to provide this type of help for basic issues and challenges patients face. I would recommend finding another doctor's office."

"I Loved My Dr. Frank Kolovrat he’s awesome However, the staff and Absolutely the manager from their office are Horrible!! Not polite at all I was a patient there for close to 10 years !! Recently I’ve had a lot of personal life changing situations going on and I missed my appointment called rescheduled month later I completely forgot again, which is something I never do. I called they were very rude told me I was cancelled from the practice I asked if there was a way to be reinstated they told me yes just call and speak with the manger of the office I called. The next day she wouldn’t even get on the phone just said no so I went there. I asked ask to speak with her …….I’m human we forget !!! I sat at least 10 mins she finally comes out and tells me back in 2016 I missed two appointments so No I was in shock so you had me sit here to look up my history from 7 years ago just to say No!! That was the only time I’ve missed an appointment which shows this isn’t something that happens often I feel having here run the office is a disservice that was just Nasty and very Unprofessional!!!"

"I’ve been a patient at this office for a few years now but after my appointment today I had new motivation to leave a review. Not only have the staff treated myself and my family members (who are also patients) very well over the past years, they are efficient and make an effort to get you in to be seen. I’ve been seeing the PA for the past few months and he is just delightful - Extremely knowledgeable re: pharmacological treatment modalities (since he is also a pharmacist) and he’s also been very reassuring during tough times. Same goes for both Dr. Cheryl and Rick Herrmann! The nursing staff is also wonderful. They have been so courteous and willing to hear me out. I also never hesitate to bring my non-English-speaking parents or relatives to this office, as the team has been very understanding. Thanks GFM ~"

"I’ve been with this office for 5 years and have never met my actual doctor, not even once. I have only seen two PA’s. Bill is a PA there and he is amazing! I love the work that he does. The other PA is Janice and she is an older woman. She is horrible. She is condescending and when it comes to mental health issues I highly recommend you see someone else because she told me that there is nothing that will make me feel better besides exercise and that I will just have to learn to cope with my issues rather than have medications to help. There is a whole drug class she isn’t even willing to prescribe because she just doesn’t like it. She doesn’t care if it might alleviate the patients symptoms she just won’t prescribe it! Today I walked out in tears and asked for a medical release form to transfer because Janice made it seem like my mental health issues are my own fault. Otherwise I love the nursing staff, they are so personable and really care about you! They even tell you how to advocate for yourself if you are seeing a provider who is more dismissive. So if you go to this office AVOID JANICE, the rest of the staff are quite lovely!"
