"Laura Baker is very professional and kind. She does not judge people, understands grief, mental issues and can truly help people who want and need simple care. I have not experienced any issues with her at the previous office nor since expansion. Only gives medications under scrutiny, discuses it, starts minimal and targets directly the issue or issues at hand. Respectful to any needs. I wanted to change to zoom. Simple. I needed to talk to a therapist. Laura hired some and I now also have a regular therapist I can talk to and feel comfortable with. Great in my experience."

"Genuine, empathetic and knowledgeable. Above all, incredibly helpful. I felt especially compelled to speak up and write this review after reading the one-star given by a disgruntled patient. Most, if not all practices have a policy in place for missed appointments and it is unjust to rate them poorly on these grounds. Add disrespectful behavior to the mix, I honor those who set boundaries. That is modeling healthy behavior. I especially appreciate the practice's patient portal in which I can access visit notes as well as reach out if I have an issue, question or concern. The office also sends both text and email reminders for upcoming appointments."

"Absolutely rude and a terrible person. I was late to my brand new counseling appointment because every appointment with Laura was set for 1130 and they set that for 11. Because of that she kicked me out of returning to the practice after I just opened up to one of the partners in the building who actually offers counseling and doesn’t just pedal drugs like Laura. She just kept throwing medication at me with barely any questions. If you want a real doctor steer clear of Laura. Zero respect shown and cancelled for mistaking the time of an appointment. This is the thing that turns addicts back to addicts. I hope you sleep well at night Laura. You’re trash"
