"Was sick for a week made an appointment for the next morning, got in quick, saw NP Molly- she listened to my symptoms, did an exam, and was able to prescribe me some meds. In and out within an hour. I greatly appreciate that WellNow opens at 8am, the UR and RRH don’t open till 9. WellNow early hours are a big draw for me. Frustrating that excellus and them haven’t worked out a deal- so it cost me more money but my time is money and convenience won out this time."

"Very clean facility with a great group of people working there. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff were kind and quick to get me into a room. I had Julia Flass for a provider and she was wonderful. I felt listened to and respected during my exam. I was able to get an x-ray on site and given direction on who to contact with an ortho team for further testing. Very pleased with my visit."

"Made an appointment. Only waited about an hour to get back to the exam room. They had refreshments and entertainment while you waited. Told the nurse If possible, I need to be out within 20 minutes and we finished with that amount of time with accurate care. I would recommend."

"never go to this place-- dont even give it a try. these people are for one, very unprofessional, untidy because they use only one room for every patient without cleaning it, and they don't have a paper covering their beds which they're supposed to, and with the same pillow being reused for all their patients without cleaning them. (look at a review from 7mo ago with the same pillow under the bed). it was my first time attending this urgent care; if i saw the reviews beforehand, I would have never attended it. The appointment was at 4, and i was put in the room at 5, and we were forgotten in the room for almost an hour and a half. The doctor who took care of us (her name is molly fuehrer, NP), was very snotty and when i was expressing to her the reason of my visit, she stopped and told me she didn't have time to argue with me. All i was telling her was that i had pressure on my forehead. She wanted to know if the pressure felt like a bruise or was just pressure--sorry, i thought pressure was just pressure. i was being nice and was never rude to her nor spoke back or cut her off when she spoke. Then she left the room and came back, asking why i gave her a urine test-- it's something you're supposed to do when at a hospital. She said she might send it to the lab. "MIGHT". they never drew blood, or gave iv, no x-ray to see if i had pneumonia, and the release form looked like it was just copied and pasted, and had several repeated sentences, and typos. save your valuable time, and do NOT go to this urgent care."
