"Would definitely go again, Dr. Kwon was friendly and very efficient in removing a foreign object from my eye and the nurse Dawn was super. Oh, the juice boxes are great too!"

"I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be. He seemed a little fast didn’t talk much. Gave me a prescription for my glasses. Said it needed to be upped the prescription. When I went to look and talk to the girl about getting new lenses, she said no this is the prescription we just filled in last January you don’t need a new prescription. So I don’t know what the heck he was looking at. That wasn’t good."

"Dr. Watkins is fantastic. She answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. She treated me like a person, not a number. Very pleased."

"I took my brother who is developmentally disabled for his annual eye exam. Dr. Watkins was open and flexible in allowing me to participate in the exam, as my brother is unable to follow most directions, and cannot engage in an effective way in tasks that require attention in too many directions, such as self-holding something over an eye, while he attempts to read something 20 feet away or to focus on the doctors’ nose, while she attempts to assess his peripheral vision. sometimes it takes creativity in order to get what one needs and I find many doctors just give up and not pursue parts of the testing for which they can’t figure out sufficient engagement. and while, it seemed like she didn’t have the experience, training or the spontaneous ability to punt, she was kind and as indicated, allowed me to intervene to help her get what she needed to get. while unable to get a pressure reading because of his inability to hold still and keep any eye wide open, I thought we got a pretty accurate reading on his other visual abilities."

"I was referred to them as my Mother is a patient. The first visit was an emergency and I had good experience. The second not so. It was an exam and the lady that took me back to the room was not friendly. She mentioned that the exam is self pay (not covered by my insurance). I was thinking it was strange not to mentions too late. She said “they didn’t tell you “? I said no and she said she will speak to office. Another complaint was i had a question for billing and left a message and no reply back. I left to go to another doctor."
