"After more than a week with intense tooth pain, and being unable to be seen by my regular dentist for two weeks, I called and got in the same day. Aspen Dental accepts most dental insurance, so rather than go for emergency dental that is cash only, Aspen Dental was able to get me in and perform the pain reliving procedure all in about 2 hours, while reducing my out of pocket expense. Highly recommend."

"I was grateful I was able to make an appointment the night before online when I had a dental emergency. 10/10 for ease of access to care. Then the free exam and x rays to confirm my dental emergency was quickly and professionally done. After that, it was determined I needed two teeth removed. I paid more than I thought but it was worth it considering that I didn't have to wait, they pulled the teeth immediately. I have no issues with how it was done or after effects. My only issue is with the Dentist, he kept up an endless stream of criticisms and badgered his assistant through the whole procedure that I found uncomfortable to listen to and unprofessional as well. His assistant had helped me through my whole vist and was competent and professional. The dentist often didn't communicate what he wanted and expected her to read his mind and blamed her for not being done earlier. Although I was treated well by every member of the staff, had quick and prompt attention and service, I would not return to this location due to the embarrassing and unprofessional behavior of the dentist towards the assistant."

"I was very nervous about going to the dentist but had lots of pain. Dr talked to me about my short term and long term plans for my teeth and made me feel comfortable with our decisions moving forward. I was taken care of quickly no 3 week wait!!! all staff was friendly and helpful with concerns, payments plan options, and finding out my insurance coverage"

"I was able to get in quickly. Everyone was very nice. I had to have a tooth removed and x-rays done of my entire mouth. Dr. T was very efficient. I was not even aware he had completed the extraction as I didn't feel anything. I was very pleased with my treatment overall."

"I have NEVER written a review for any medical provider before. There are not enough words to describe how positive of an experience I had at Aspen Dental in Batavia, NY. I had heard good things about them but to hear vs experiencing are two entirely different things! From the very first phone call they were great! Very kind and friendly and let me cry too! It was that bad for me. They were totally up front about costs and answered the questions I had. They were able to get me in the very next day. I arrived and office manager Katie (Katelyn) addressed me immediately even though she was registering another patient and there was a full waiting room. She said hello and told me she would be with me in a few moments. Beautiful girl with a huge smile and totally genuine! Within a few minutes she called me back to register and sat right there with me while I filled out the paperwork on the tablet she handed me. My wait was acceptable and not that long at all. Then the dental assistant (hygienist, not sure exactly) called me back and he was welcoming and friendly and also wearing a smile. He took x-rays and took me to my chair. Within a couple minutes the dentist was at my side explaining everything and, he too, was very kind. He even covered the RX he would be sending and there was nothing for me to ask! Though he had his mask on I could see those smile lines around his eyes. He measured my mouth and placed a spacer there so I didn't have to hold my mouth open myself. WOW! That was so comfortable and I had never had any other dentist do that! (To be fair I have only seen two others and both for extraction.) He numbed me up and while it does hurt like heck for a couple seconds he was gentle and kind through it all. After about 2 minutes he checked to make sure I was numb and did another shot to get the entire area that would have been too sensitive before the other shots. He told me he was going to "wiggle it 10 times. Ready?" Well as he hit 7 it was out! It was in bad shape so it actually broke (and was broke when I came in) and he pulled the other piece out before the count of 10. He was wonderful! He stuck a huge wad of gauze in my mouth and I did NOT have to change it once! (In the past I was given a small piece of gauze that I had to change every 15 minutes for an hour or two.) It really made a huge difference since you are supposed to bite down for an hour. Such a little detail but a huge impact. I kept it there for an hour and 15 minutes and when I took it out I was good to go. A clot formed perfectly! The best part was it cost me $156 LESS than I was quoted!! I did apply for Care Credit the day before my appointment and was accepted. I am very low income but was approved. There is no interest if you pay within 12 months. Some plans do go 24 -48 months interest free for more expensive procedures. I do have dental but it's not accepted very many places. To be honest I was happy to assume this debt because the care I received was PRICELESS!!"
