"The entire office at Batavia urology does less than the bare minimum. They have been very unprofessional in treating me. I had to wait over 4 weeks for a scheduled procedure, and they could not tell me where or when the procedure would take place. The lack of communication is sickening, and I will not be going back to these offices in the future. Only giving one star because 0 is not possible."

"I had,a kidney stone. I went to Highland Hospital ED saw Dr. Jason. He was great. The last Urologist I saw at Strong and he told me not to come back and waste his time. So when I saw Dr. Jason I asked him if he was taking New patients he said yes but he told me he was out of Batavia. I have been seeing him ever since... Thank God"

"I have never had a bad experience with this office and Dr Donovan. I have gone to this office for for about ten years. The staff is great in every aspect. They have always been very nice to deal with. I am very pleased with the doctor's here they seem to care about what your going through."

"I called to schedule an appointment and they scheduled me for a couple days after! The staff was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic! Great people! I’m so glad we have them here in our community."

"Made an appointment with this facility to get a vasectomy, the scheduled me with their soonest appointment, which is about a month out. Was not pleased with that, but figured I'd just go with it. All was well, until about 22 hours before the appointment, when they called me to tell me the doctor was afraid it 'may' be bad out and isn't coming in. Living in Western New York since I was born, I am actually quite aware of snow, and the frequency of it. Therefore I am surprised when people aren't willing to show up to work in advance, because it may snow. They wanted me to come in Friday instead, to which I noted I am not a doctor, and cannot just keep taking off of work whenever I feel like. I have a normal job where I have to schedule time off. I also found a call from them a week prior in my voice mail, asking me if I could come in that afternoon instead, about three hours prior to when they were asking about. So, it kinda seems like the doctor might have been trying to avoid showing up this day anyhow, perhaps not enough people scheduled. At any rate, I told them I would take my medical care to a competent doctor that can handle rudimentary tasks for the area like a chance of having to drive in snow. I called WNY Urology and got an appointment for the very next day (the same day that the other doctor is allegedly afraid of the snow, mind you!) Might as well just skip these guys, and go right to a place that won't waste your time."
