"This place is set up to be solely a paper trail to prove to the court and probation system that the person in need is getting "counseling". But in reality, all it is is an insurance grab. The patient gets 5 minutes of "counseling" at each visit, but yet they charge the insurance carrier for a full session if counseling. When talking to staff about concerns, they have no therapeutic communication skills and aren't willing to take your concerns seriously. Staff is rude and defensive when approaching concerns about the therapy you are receiving. If you can afford to go elsewhere to get real help with substance and alcohol abuse, I would highly recommend getting it at a place that truly wants to help. You won't find it here."

"Thia place is simply amazing and has changed my life! I have been battling addiction for many years now and nothing that I have tried has worked except for GCASA and the methadone clinic. The staff is very caring and will help you walk down the path to recovery. They are simply life savers here. If you truly want to get sober this is the place to do it. I have been clean a year November 29th and I'm telling you everyother place I have went to and all the other meds I have tried did not work and I didn't last but a couple months and I was back out there but not this time. "The clinic in the back has been nothing short of a life changer. If you are ready to change and make the changes needed then this place has all the support you could need. Medical staff is up to date on addiction treatment and they don’t shove the AA/NA down your throat. I am a great father/son/brother/husband because of the support I’ve gotten from this place from the last 8 years. Majority of those years I walked down the wrong path, but in the last two since daughter was born everything has fallen into place. If you do what you are supposed to do you will do amazing here. If you don’t do what your supposed to they will hold you accountable. This place has been a godsend for people of this area who had no other options and hope it only grows from here."
