She was very kind and thoughtful of my feelings. She told me she could save my hair. She fit me into her busy day even though I had booked only 45 minute hair cut and she not only fixed my mess but gave me the color I wanted. It looks fabulous. I recommend her to all. Lauren is the hair goddess!!"
