Care Net Center of Greater Orleans is a health institution located at 168 South Main Street in Albion, New York, United States. We are funded entirely by the donations of our generous supporters. If you would like to contribute, you can donate online, by check, or credit card.

We offer same-day appointments on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. To schedule an appointment, please call 585-589-7505. If you require assistance outside of our operating hours, you can call 1-800-712-HELP (4357).

All of our services are provided free of charge, regardless of your income or insurance status. We ensure that all services are delivered confidentially and without judgment.
