"If I could give it a negative score I would. We set up an apt for my son in March. They called to tell us the DDS would not be available on the appointment date and rescheduled the appointment to a date in June (3 mo. out). When that appointment came We received another call that the Hygienist was leaving the office early that day and we would have to reschedule again to two weeks later... I in turn called the site manager... who did not seem to care that this was a growing trend... We decided to keep the 2nd follow up visit for the convivence of the local office... You can guess my surprise to a voicemail today that we will have to call the office to reschedule the appointment bc again the DDS will not be available on the date of the appointment... BIGGEST JOKE TO COME TO ALBION!"
"Zero compassion. Receptionist was extremely rude. Made an appointment for 7:40 am. Drove an hour to be here. Google says they don't open until 8. Didn't know that at the time of making appointment. They refused to see me even though no one else was around or even in the parking lot. Everyone who works here is useless and rude."
