"So in the past I have come here with my kids and have experienced nothing but professionalism, kindness, and care. Today was a different story. They were very busy which is completely understandable. My son had an appointment time of 2:36pm we showed up few minutes early and followed all text instructions. We then waited inside in the lobby area for a full hour without being taken back into a room. I'm a very patient person but it crosses a line when you have a whole lobby full of people with appointments waiting to be seen and a new couple comes in and is immediately taken in the back and they were told "ok let me go clean a room for you" right after this happened I asked if they could give me an idea of about how much longer our wait would be, he couldn't tell me anything and kind of shrugged his shoulders so we left and will instead make an appointment with our doctor because they see patients based on appointments made not on greed."
"I made an appointment and went on a Friday morning. The first people were a young man and. Young girl at the desk. They were so welcoming. Then I had Susan who was extremely sweet. All8n all the experience was a great one. Everyone there should be applauded for the kindness and care they showed me. I have never felt so at ease in a medical facility as I was here.
