"Absolutely horrible."
"Well I've worked at Aspire for 11 years..so I truley have first hand knowledge on how Absolutely horrible they treat the RHA employee's. 11 years and ready for it...1 raise. 1 no really just 1...and it was for 3 cents... now I started in my early30sgot pregnant went to relief came back to full time then relief but always worked at the same house sense 2009. So since I went to relief and came back once again I never stopped working. I never missed a week with out atleast 1 day or even 4. They say I only have 6 months of service.. Are you kidding me I never left I did not quit but yet 6 months.. So now the new staff start at 1180 and get a raise and make more then person who's been here 11yrs. They show no appreciation and no raises. The company needs a overhaul . Needless to say the ones I serve at Aspire I simply love and am so glad to have them In life. I wish we ( The people taking care of humans) would receive the pay that people get for flipping burgers."
