"PA Kyle was very personable and did not cut corners. When he couldn’t see my eardrum, he had it flushed rather than assuming it was infected and writing the script. He listened to my symptoms and made sure I had what I needed to get better soon. The LPN who flushed my ear was also very kind even tho the procedure itself is uncomfortable. Even the new employee shadowing and the receptionist were kind and compassionate. I was thankful for a good visit and I was out in time to pick up my daughter from school (about 1hr or a little less in there)."

"We made an appointment online for a sick visit. We only had to wait 2 min in our car, then went in and right to an evaluation room. We were taken care of within minutes! Dr Masters was the best doctor we have ever met with. He explained everything to us, answered all our questions and thoroughly explained all our treatment options. He was kind and friendly. "We have always had a great experience at WellNow Urgent Care. The Hamburg and Orchard Park locations are our go to Urgent Care any time we need acute care on the weekends or when our primary practice can’t accommodate us. We are always in and out within an hour or two and we always feel like the staff listens to our concerns and we are treated with care and respect. The slushy station is also a great treat for my kids to look forward to at the end of our visits. This past visit, we had a wonderful nurse who heard my daughter crying when she found out she had to have her throat swabbed. The nurse took the time to sit with my daughter, proceeded to take out throat swabs and handed one to me, the medical assistant and took one for herself and instructed us to swab our cheeks and roof of mouth to show my daughter that it wasn’t scary or painful. Then she handed my daughter her own swabs and had her swab her own cheeks and roof of mouth. She made the experience non-traumatic and I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you to the staff at the WellNow Urgent care for always taking care of my family when we are in need to acute medical care! I recommend them to our friends and family often and will continue to do so."

"I have lost faith in my primary doctor. After being sick for the past 3 weeks with no help from my primary I decided to go to WellNow in Orchard Park NY. Within 1 hour I was greeted, checked in, seen by the nurse, PA, and X-ray tech and was given a breathing treatment. Walked out of there with 3 prescriptions and 24 hours later I feel 80% better. Everyone from the check in girls at the front desk to last person I saw during my visit were pleasant and efficient. I actually for the first time felt like someone cared about me.
