"Facility is disgusting from the smell and by appearance. As soon as you walk in there is a musty mildew odor that will surely make you sick among any other illnesses you may already contain. My wife and I have waited over an hour for the doctor to come in to see her and there was only one other person in the waiting room with us. The staff is always nice, but they desperately need to relocate or have the building tested for asbestos and mold."
