"Dr. Dracker and Grace are amazing. My 13 yr old sees both and we always leave feeling comfortable with the knowledge they give us and all the help they do for her. I recommend this office to all my friends and family. All the staff are very nice and helpful. It’s an adorable Disney theme office is cute for young kids. I wish they didn’t have to close the Camillus office but I will drive to Liverpool without hesitation to see them."
"I have been going to this practice claim e my 15 year old was a new born. To my mistake, I had their scheduled appointment off by a day, which I took full accountability when calling to reschedule. The lady who answered, was extremely rude when I was trying to explain that I understood it was my fault but you can just tell she was just looking for a fight and wouldn’t let me Let me get a Word out. Because of this, I am switching practices for the first time. it’s very unfortunate because I loved the doctors."
