"Rude, came into family medical wing, with surgical wing. Stood at surgical window, waiting for someone, while the family medical window was full of staff , who saw me and said nothing! Then was told by the nurse we had to check in at that window. What? You didn’t see me?? Right. Our first impression was not a good one ! RUDE. No star preferably!"
