"Call if you want to wait on hold for 40 minutes just to get a call back from a rude receptionist that clearly hates her life. She shouldn’t have even called in the first place if she wasn’t going to help schedule an appointment. If someone can help explain her job to her it might make for a better experience. But a new patient that is already scared should not have to deal with that kind of nonsense. It’s very unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting."
