"I have been to this same well now many times in the past. It’s always friendly and they always see me in a timely fashion. This time was unforgettable, in a positive way! The staff was amazing! From start to finish! Corinne at the front desk was super nice and respectful. Dr. Ashkar was awesome! He gave me a chance to explain myself and the issues I was having. He listened! He explained everything to me as he examined me. After the exam he again explained to me that I had a sinus infection. He asked me if I needed anything, and was very professional and respectful! The nurse I believe was John Jones, he was super nice and friendly. We laughed a lot. This was definitely a wonderful experience and I will come back again when need be. "I've been to Oswego's WellNow center on several occasions for myself or a family member when visiting our primary physician wasn't a viable option, and I've never had a bad experience there. I've found the staff to be kind, caring, and efficient at all times. For my most recent visit (a Sunday evening), I'd sliced off part of a fingertip and fingernail during dinner prep, and 30-40 minutes later we still couldn't stop the bleeding. Upon arrival to an empty waiting room, staff took me immediately into an exam room to start evaluating my injury and health history. They reassured me that the bleeding wasn't unusual for that type of injury, and that it wasn't really serious. My finger was cleaned and bandaged with a gel packing and multiple layers of gauze, I'd received a tetanus shot and information about aftercare, and was on my way home within 30 minutes. I think this facility is a valuable healthcare resource in our community."

"I went to this Well Now yesterday and had the most effective and best appointment I have ever had at this Well Now or any place, thanks to my nurse (Rebecca I think her name was), and my doctor Kirstin. I had been very sick all week and been to other doctors who did nothing for me and couldn't figure out my issue, but with the help of both of these awesome providers and with their amazing problem solving skills I was able to finally get diagnosed and prescribed medication that is already making me feel way better. I couldn't be more thankful for this nurse and doctor. They were patient, understanding, sympathetic, and genuinely concerned and caring for my illness. By far the most helpful people and I wish I could see them every time I went to Well Now. Thank you guys so much for your help!"
