"Staff was super kind and patient with my 3 year old during his evaluation. She made everything very comfortable for him and patient centered. Would highly recommend this office."

"I was referred to this place by our amazing pediatrician. It was not good! Which was a surprised to me since our doctor always make good recommendations. First of all, if you are testing your child and have another baby you can not bring him to the appointment because they wont let you in with your family. The room is too small (that’s what they said). I had to stay behind, missed all of the tests that were done to my baby and on top of everything, they have a children’s room that is closed and you aren’t allowed to used because of Covid-19 in 2022 (unbelievable). So my other baby had to stay in his stroller mostly crying because there is nothing available for kids. The waiting time was not OK, got there on time and still had to wait (I don’t know why because it seems that we were the only ones there at time of arrival). The person who perform the tests told me I was going to be brought back for everything to be explained to me, instead I got my explanation outside because I asked and my responses and my baby’s results were given to me without respecting privacy in the middle of the waiting room with other people around that were later there awaiting for appointments. I am so unsatisfied, felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Wont be returning to this place or recommending it to anyone."

"It was such a simple process booking our appointment and getting in for a newborn hearing screening. The receptionist helped squeeze us in last minute and was incredibly kind to me and our toddler upon arrival. Our new baby failed her test twice at the hospital and we wanted to use a private practice vs. URMC. It was only $15 at Rochester Hearing & Speech while URMC quoted us over $900. Highly recommend this place and it's way better than URMC!"

"I brought my hearing aids in for a tune-up and a repair as the right one was not working. I was given faster service than I expected. I had expected a week or two, but they were actually ready the next day. I had expected and was prepared to pay for the repair. The work done was no charge. The personnel were very pleasant. On my return, I was recognized and given my aids without any wait at all. The only aspect of my two visits that I had a problem with is I had to ask for a receipt when I turned over the hearing aids on my first visit. They did not have printed any such paper. But I was given another sheet of paper that was sufficient."
