"School is full of hidden scandals! And heard it’s closing June of 2020 Good riddance!! The are down about 65% in student enrollment they are in so much legal trouble with teachers dating students google(“ Lawrence Woodmere Academy “) and that’s just the beginning. Cops are there almost every day because of students fighting. A parent basically stole the headmasters job so she can guarantee her son To be valedictorian! They sold their soccer field on west broadway to help pay for their legal fees, and they have a corrupt board of governors. That’s only a small reason I pulled my child out."
"My Daughter is new to LWA but she loves it the teachers are nice the students are really nice and the staff is just wonderful I highly recommend LWA for your kids or child to join the LWA family they are indeed the best school my Daughter has ever been to and if you're child or kids to LWA that will probably be the best school they have ever been to you might think why should you listen to me well you don't have to listen to listen to me but take a look at the school or go look around on the internet and see LWA is more than a school or a boring place it's more way more then that all the family's all the teachers all the staff even the students.... we are a FAMILY so please please please give LWA a chance you will not regret sending your child or kids to LWA.(This is not a person who works at LWA)"
"I have two children there. Couldn't be happier. Great teachers, solid curriculum; child centered and they are one of only 22 schools in the US to offer a Global Studies Certificate in addition to the High School diploma--very helpful for building great citizens and for college admissions!"
