School of Rock

"This is one of my worst experiences. There was a mis-understanding unfortunately from the beginning, I intended to sign my son up for private lessons for August (my son had some private lessons in June in this facility), but my son was signed up for the monthly program Rock 102 instead . I understand mistake happens, but it went downhill quickly when I tried to correct the mistake: There was a charge Friday after the first lesson. Monday I called, the front desk told me that they need to speak to the supervisor and will call me back. There was no call back, so I sent an email explaining what happened. Tuesday I called again, the front desk told me to send email. I followed up with the email again. There is still no response until Friday after couple of email follow-ups. At this point, I was a bit frustrated, I emailed to cancel the remaining classes. I also called to notify them so the instructor did not need to wait for the surprise. When I called, the front desk confirmed that they received the email. I emailed for the refund, again no response. I emailed after two weeks for the last time, requesting for the refund, threatening for bad reviews, disputing the credit card charge etc. There was sill no response. After couple of days, I disputed the credit card charge, suddenly the next day I got a refund. But there is just silence, no email or verbal communication whatsoever. This is very disrespectful, refusing to communicate with customers will never be a good idea."

"School of Rock is an incredible place for your child if they’re interested in learning an instrument. From the incredible instructors to the amazing band where the children get to rock out, practice their skills, and become part of a group, we couldn’t be happier. Everyone is welcome here of ALL skill levels and the band aspect especially motivates your child to learn, grow and build confidence. It’s a wonderful program with rockstar instructors.
