"Amazing prenatal and postpartum yoga classes. Prenatal with Tori is a joyful way to prepare for child birth, to ease back pain and connect with fellow pregnant people. Postpartum with Sara is a small class where you coming with baby and fixing that postpartum body. Having all attention drawn to baby many mamas forget about themselves. Sarah helped me to spot some issues that I even didn't notice and working on those helped me to feel better"

The schedule offers hot, warm, and cool options in 2 different rooms with a big variety in classes and teachers to pick from. "Riverstone Yoga provided a guided meditation and a drum circle for our company executive retreat. Patricia was a delight to work with - so accessible and patient. She led the group meditation in a way that was comfortable and serene, yet also practical in that we could immediately use the techniques in our (stressful) workdays. The group loved the drum circle - it really was a fun teambuilding experience. They raved about the meditation and the drum circle, and several people have let me know that it was, by far, the best retreat we've ever had!"
