"I took my son to this facility only to feel like I was disrespected. They had terrible attitudes seemed like they told me what I already knew didn't help me except put some prescriptions in. Other than that I would not recommend this place for families who have a child with disabilities. They weren't kind friendly respectful and didn't have the decency to have manner towards me as a father."

"We have several children with trauma related disorders. They see Lynn Cole and she is nothing short of wonderful to us. She is knowledgeable, understanding and helpful every time we need it. She encourages us and supports us even when we feel discouraged. We are so lucky to have her so close to home."

"I have never experienced medical professionals with worse bed side manner. Rude, impatient and not helpful to my autistic children, or myself in any way shape or form. I'm done with that place. It would've also been nice to see an actual doctor and not a nurse practitioner to treat my sons. They're supposedly specialists, not the case , save you and your insurance company's money. I will never refer anyone to that facility ever!"

"I've only spoken with two women over the phone regarding my autistic child who was seen several times before they moved facilities. They spoke to us like she was never a patient there and that everything was foreign. Not to mention the condescending tone, short answers, and just the overall rude manner. I am confused. This place was once a lifesaver and so helpful in explaining what we didn't know, and now I have no idea about how to proceed with this facility. I don't feel like anyone really cares anymore, it's like they threw us out."

"my nephew Kaiden has been in this program for almost 3.5 years. nothing but help and courage and faith from these teachers for him. he has become so aware of things and focused and has come a long way since the day he started. these people brought in jigs or puzzles and he will match shapes now he will sit at a table he will put pencils in holes he will put colors with the right colors and he does it now on his own with no one to help because hes come that far. he now runs he doesn't talk but we know what he wants with different sounds. he is so smart but he is also almost a year behind where he is supposed to be. and the team that he has had made it better for him because hes catching up. but the only thing that's bothering me is the fact that you canceled all services for him because his one teacher recorded him as a no show when we texted that person and still have the proof saying he wasn't going to make it for his session. he also during the winter was sick with the flu, ear infections, the cold, a bacterial infection, and also hands foot and mouth. and when we told them that, they still dropped the sessions, and the times because he missed so much. we cant control him when hes sick. we cant tell him not be sick because it doesn't work that way. he needs these services to better himself and now they are taking them away for natural causes and things we cant control. you guys need to learn that no one is perfect kids get sick. but hes also not the only kid in the house because there is me and my little sister who will also be sick or have appointments that will cost him a few days. you guys aren't bendable or understanding when it comes to this. your services are great, but if you really truly cared about the kids and the families you wouldn't cancel his services or make the times smaller you would understand and just actually care as much as you say you do."
