"Terrible customer service. They had the wrong code for my husband, and we were charged for a medication check instead of a physical. Laura the Office Manager will not call us back. Called several times. This is the worst dr's office I have ever been to."

"I'm on my 4th dr with this place. I'm not sure why they all keep leaving. I also know of another dr that left there and two PAs. What is actually going on here? My last appointment the dr was 30 minutes late to the video call. That's not counting the 15 minutes early you're asked to login. When he came on he said, "so why are you here?" Does my chart not show you my history? Not to mention, getting an appointment is nearly impossible. I almost died in April. I am still trying to get medications right and they're like "we can get you in 2 months from now." I see a lot of people also complaining about the staff answering the phones. If I worked here, I'd be miserable too. These poor people are the front lines of the complaints, so I don't blame any of them."

"I've been a patient there for 20 years, and it's just not the same as it was before. My best advice is to find another practice because this one is not even worth the frustration and lack of care. My PCP left, my husband's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd PCP left, and the amazing PA just left too. The remaining medical staff took OVER 1 week to complete a medication pre-auth, for my medication that I have been out of for 1.5 weeks (something they are well aware of and have been reminded of each time I call), after both the pharmacy and I let them know more than several times since the insurance declined it due to not completing the pre-auth first. I've waited 3 days for a nurse to call me back, was on hold for nearly 45 minutes waiting to speak with a nurse and was finally passed back to the front desk. The front staff and several of the assistants that take you back, are nice, but that's the only positive thing I can say. That doesn't help when you need medical assistance, diagnosing, medication refills, etc. Just don't. It's the best I can offer to you, if you are reading this. I miss Dr. King and Jennifer F (the PA)."

"In conjunction with the other reviews, do not use this practice. Zero stars if i could. Desk staff is rude and does not answer phones. Medical staff is extremely unhelpful, I felt uncared for. When I had Covid, they took 3 weeks to perscribe oral steroids which I told them had helped me knock out covid immediately in the past. In addtion, I was prescribed heartburn medication for passing out at work and chronic gastrointestinal issues. I only used them because they were the only office taking new patients during covid.. I can see why. I have left the practice happily."
