"My husband and I had thought about flying a plane for a while and so I got in touch with this place for a beginner flight lesson. Chris was so experienced, knowledgeable and patient with us while we tried to experience our very first time flying a small plane. We went to Canandaigua, took a short break, and flew back, while alternating turns being in the pilot seat. It was a very unique experience. If you want to give flying a try, would recommend starting here."

"This place is awesome! I came in to write two exams back to back at the RAC on October 28, 2022. Unfortunately the PSI system was having major technical issues that required numerous resets and technical interventions. My proctor Lily was one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met from the get go. She was very helpful in getting me set up for my exams. However, it was during the technical issues that her true colours showed. Most people would crack under this type of pressure but she kept a very friendly face and demeanour. With every situation that popped up, she had an effective answer/fix. She was very sympathetic to my circumstances and went way beyond what anyone would do to help. I never felt like I was hung out to dry and ended up having my situation resolved. PSI would not have corrected this if Lily hadn’t done what she did. She is a valuable asset to the RAC and it’s no surprise that she is in a customer service position! Jalen P. was my intro instructor, he knows his stuff, very good with breaking down things to atoms to help you visualize and interpret things better in sequence. Felt safe in the air with him, will be returning."
