"I am a traveling musician, and was in need of new in-ear molds for the monitors that I use for work. Since covid, it has been difficult to get an appointment, and because I travel for work, doubly so. That said, I'd thought my appointment was at the downtown location when it was actually here at the Greece location. My schedule is tight, and I was terribly stressed when I peeled into the parking lot and practically flew into the lobby 20 minutes late. Despite my obvious high stress level and snippiness, Dr. Horton was fantastically patient and calm, which in turn helped me to calm down and do a better job of explaining what I needed. Dr. Horton listened attentively and gave me several options to choose from that would get my in-ears made and delivered in the best possible time frame. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was frankly a pleasure. I came into his office super stressed, and left feeling relieved and confident that I'll end up with a great set of molds to last me through my tour contract. Highly recommend this office to musicians, for a great experience and a doctor who will work with you and your (probably insane) schedule to get you the best in-ear molds!"

"My son is part of the speech program. RHS listened to all my concerns about my son and a plan was put in place to address those concerns about his speech. He has excelled in their program and I couldn’t be happier with the progress he has made. They really try to accommodate to your schedule and do what is best for your child. I love that they encourage the parents or guardian to take part in the session (he does it at home so it works out that way) I really want to learn and observe all I can to help my child improve with his speech. They’re also patient with my other kids since my other kids want to also help their little brother improve. I’m beyond grateful for them all. A lot of hard work on their end."

They also seemed to really enjoy working with both of us, which made the experience really amazing (especially since I was feeling very anxious about what they would say)!
