"I have quite literally never trusted a medical professional less than when the doctor came to look at my potentially infected finger and started squeezing it with her bare hands without, to my knowledge, using hand sanitizer or washing them. At my physician’s office and at every other doctor’s office I have been to, doctors wash their hands AND put on gloves. I would think this would be especially pertinent given the fact that she could have squeezed pus out of my hand. However, I’m just a lowly music education major, what do I know, it might be the new thing to do in medicine!"

"I went there the other day and the lady in front is on the low rude, the health center is never on point with they’re stuff and they expect you to reschedule instead of doing it for you, I had an appointment and when I went to the expected appointment she said it was never made that it was recommended, this place is horrible and unreliable"

"The nurse who took my vitals was kind and listened well, however the doctor who actually saw me was extremely dismissive and failed to even examine me. She was in the room all of 3 minutes and without even properly examining me, told me I had only a cold, and sent me on my way with decongestant. Knowing that what I had was worse than only a cold, I visited a local urgent care where I discovered that, like I expressed to the doctor at LaGrasso in the first place, I had a severe sinus infection. All the doctor at the urgent care I visited had to do was look in my left ear to discover that this was not only a cold. I felt that the doctor was very dismissive and treated me if I didn’t know what I was talking about when describing my symptoms. While all I had was a sinus infection, there are many other students who could have something much worse, and not being listened to by a doctor is not only poor use of our tuition money, but is putting students at risk. I shouldn’t have to seek access from another doctor while away at Fredonia as I am paying for access to this clinic. Changes should be made!!!!!"
