"I had a prenatal massage along with a manicure & pedicures done while I was pregnant. They did an amazing job and made me feel so welcome. Looking forward to going back again now that I have had the baby :)"

"I have been going to Facial Expressions for 30 years or more. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the people giving the treatments are very professional, warm and friendly. And during Covid they have been very aware of how to keep germs from spreading. I give them a 5 star rating. I had a pedicure on Sept. 30, and it was wonderful !"

"I've gone here twice (once for a massage and once for a mani-pedi) and I had fantastic experiences both times. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The employees were all welcoming and friendly. From what I could tell when I was getting my mani-pedi they have a lot of regular customers and they treat them like family. They really go the extra mile to make sure that your experiences is the best it can be. They are a bit expensive but it's worth every penny."

"My fiance won a mini facial gift card through a radio station. I have been dying to get a facial and it was my birthday so I was excited. They seem to be pretty booked so I could only get in for the mini instead of upgrading to a full facial. The girl who provided my facial was nice and I enjoyed her technique. But I found the owner to be unpleasant. To start off my Spa experience, she asked me if I had a rough morning. Maybe because I didn't get dressed up? After my facial, I thought I might get a manicure, but she made me feel stupid for not asking her before my facial because she could take have called someone in if I told her. She didn't bother to ask if I'd like to rebook either. Maybe because I looked like I didn't have money since I was "rough" looking, or because I'm probably a college student who has no money anyway? Little did she know, my household income is $130,000 per year and I frequent the spa. As a former manager of salon, I'm am surprised that an owner would not even bother to ask someone to prebook."

"I just wanted to give some KUDOS to the lovely women at Facial Expressions. I attended my mothers wedding in August, a couple weeks ago. The night before mom's wedding she told me that she was worried because she had been trying to get in touch with her make up artist (from another company) to no avail. She said she had been trying for a couple of days. On the morning of her wedding she said- still no word. The idea was that we would get our hair done, go to the hotel, have the makeup done there and have a calm relaxed day. Well, as we are getting our hair done however... I'm making last minute calls to find a make up artist for her. I called Facial Expressions. They were very busy and had appointments and regretfully they couldn't take us. I would say within 10 minutes or less they called me back! They said that a regular client (whoever you are God Bless you) had heard the predicament and had given up their appointment. Facial Expressions GAVE that client a gift certificate...as a way of thanking that client and as a kind gesture for the inconvenience no doubt. The point is, they lost money or time to take us in our emergency. I had never met these women before. They don't know me. I don't know them. Yet they took care of a bride on her wedding day and made special accommodations to do so. I find that amazing. They charged us nearly nothing- it was SO inexpensive. They used top of the line Aveda products. They were knowledgeable, soothing and talented women who did a beautiful job. My mother was just beautiful. The spa was relaxing, clean and bright. These ladies even offered us Champagne while we were pampered. I was just so thrilled with the experience and the willingness to come to the rescue. Wonderful job ladies and thank you again!"
