"My daughter attended Middletons Early learning center for 2 years. I had some issues as it related to their communication and organizational processes but from the perspective of a parent that wanted their child to feel supported, cared for and safe, I had no issues. My daughter grew in confidence and she learned so much more than I could have ever taught her at home. She loved going there and still talks about the school now even though she has moved on. Every time I called the school someone answered and each time I wanted something addressed, I felt that the response was prompt and appropriate. We attended the school during the pandemic and there were some noticeable changes in staff and administration. I felt the the staff there cared about the children and their well being and If I was to do it again, I would still send her there. We have nothing but great memories. From a general educational standpoint, the teachers can only do but so much. It is our job as parents to continue education at home and work with the teachers to realize any limitations or struggles our children are having. I would highly recommend this school for 3k, 4K and Pre-K."

"The 1 star is for the warm greeting you get from Ms. Trina. Everything else needs tremendous improvement. I hate to have to write a negative review about a black owned school, i was really rooting for them. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience for us. The teacher was switched 3 times in a 4 month span. Consistency is key when working with developing toddlers. No signs of growth seen in my child and when I asked other parents, they said the same. My child used profanity and was acting violent with her dolls. She's an only child and doesbt see that behavior at home. This tells me that the behavior management skills are off. The teacher, Ms. Jamie has educational philosophies that a REAL, EXPERIENCED educator would never mention. She told me that my child would show her when she's ready to learn, and was allowed to play in the centers all day and NOT engage in academics, this showed in my childs academic behaviors. When i addressed her her response was IGNORANT. I'm an educator and I know better. The school is very affordable, but if you value education, it's worth paying more. My child and I, wasted 6 months of her valuable developmental time. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE if you value education."

"Terribly rude, money grabbers, unprofessional. They have pre teens in there caring after toddlers. I’ve watched them grab children by the high part of the arm. I watched one woman force a young boy to look at what she was reading to him. Like she turned his head into the paper. I was too happy to remove my son after constant issues with the ghetto staff they have. The owner is no better and I really beg parents to review the qualifications at this locations. This place has been the topic of poor review by parents of Laurelton. Truly that place should be shut down honestly. My son was there for 3 days and they complained each day. Yes if teen girls are over toddlers I’d imagine there would be complaints. He won’t sit down?? MAKE SENSE! No patience with the children is what always bothers me to this day. If you choose this place for your child it must’ve been your last resort and even then I ask that you look before you choose this baby jail."
