"Bright beginning is a great school however once your child reaches the 3k program be very careful of the teachers and where your child is placed. My child was here since 6 months old. She enjoyed her time up until it was her 3k experience, which was not so great. They need to work on how staff handle the children especially when it comes to letting the kids do as they please. The 3k program need way more structure than it is letting kids do as they please should not be happening and watching the kids and helping, their learning experience also. My kid is very smart they were not challenging her to her full potential they would let her get bored and do whatever she wants. I do not recommend the 3k program. If you are looking for your child just to be watched, then hey infancy till twos program recommended. So, if you guys couldn't address or fix these issues within the three years of my child being there, they sure cannot be addressed now that I pulled her from the program. Things are supposed to get better in time especially when given the benefit or the concerns of parents whom child is enrolled in the program."
"My children are four and two years old. My children learned to be independent from attending this program. At a year old they start teaching the children to use a spoon and feed themselves. They helped me potty train my children. My child learned manners how to say “Please” and “Thank you”. The children create projects, sing songs, dance, dress-up, paint, read stories, etc. If I had more children I would send them to Bright Beginnings."
"My son Elijah has been attending Bright Beginnings since he was 3 months old he is now 1 and a half years old. He recently moved from the infant to the toddler class. I have seen how much he has progressed as he has advanced in age and in groups. Bright Beginnings follows a center based curriculum where they have themes that last for a month or two depending on how the children are responding to the exposure to new concepts and words. My child comes home saying words, makes animals sounds and identifies objects. He is also learning directions and how to follow instructions. He socializes in school and I see this expanded to outside the classroom. They were concern when my child began walking that there might be an issue. They assisted me in getting my child to a Doctor who determined he needed a brace and the issue would correct itself. Being a new mom I wouldn’t have noticed the problem or even the steps I needed to take. Thanks for all your help!"
"My child attended Bright Beginnings for 3 years. The staff were extremely helpful. They follow a center based curriculum. The children were always engaged in activities. They have an open door policy so parents can visit at any time."
"My son's two years old and he has been attending Bright Beginning since he was 2 months. Now, my son comes home singing new nursery rhymes, ABC’s, dancing and talking more now. For example, my son sings “Row, Row, Row Your Boat song” while washing his hands. I like how my son is socializing more with other children his age and that the daycare has a monthly theme based curriculum, where they teach them about topics such as, Food, Lights, Transportation, Community Helpers, Animals, Plants, etc. He is learning new words and his listening skills are improving day by day. Also, I really like the art work and pictures the teachers take of my son. He is only two years old and there is also parent teacher conferences held for my son and reports given out. Also, take home activities I can do with my son is provided, which I can practice reading, writing, singing and doing fun activities with him during the weekends. My son is also in the process of being potty trained and I feel the center helps me make sure my son is developing appropriately according his age and the developmental milestones. If my son is going through a tantrum or having trouble eating the staff provided positive feedback and information to help me solve the issue. The staff is consistent, nurturing, loving, and caring to my son. I trust the staff with my son and I feel safe to have him at the center. The school has been running for more than thirty years and the staff is well trained and experienced."
