"Overall, my experience at Allergy Partners of Coastal California was great. Staff was kind and I didn't have to wait long at all upon arriving for my appointment. However, I am disappointed in information that was relayed to me. While on the phone with the receptionist when I was making my initial appointment, she guaranteed that with insurance I had, my bill would not be more than $50. I just received my bill and it is over $100. I was shocked. I know there is nothing that can be done and compared to what my bill would've been without insurance, I am thankful it is what is was. However, the receptionist should NOT have promised me it wouldn't be more than $50. They definitely should be careful in information they relay to patients."

"Dr Yipp is phenomenal! I wish all my kids doctors seemed to enjoy their jobs like he does. He’s always so sweet to my children. The nurses and wait staff are fantastic. They are always easy to talk to and kind. Appointments always move fast and smoothly."

"While the doctors and nurses were great, I was incredibly frustrated by the fact that you couldn't schedule ahead of time, just week to week. Additionally, their office staff assured me 4 different times I would have no issues with a vacation, then stated (after much run-around for almost a month), that I could no longer receive the treatment we had decided upon because I shouldn't have taken a break. THEN they tried to blame me for it when they had been asked 4 different times and I had discussed it before I even started! Each time I called, it was supposed to be someone else who made the mistake (my primary care, my insurance) and it kept coming back to their mistakes! So frustrated. When I expressed frustration, they noted I could go somewhere else anyhow. So, I spent countless hours waiting each week in their office for months only to have it wasted by oversight and unaccountability."
