"This guy was very evil and dislikes people of color. I felt a negative vibe as I walked into the door. He did not accommodate me. Will not get work done here ever."

"Paul is an amazing artist, and an all around nice guy. He's very collaborative, and absolutely able to handle anything you throw at him. I've had coverups, reworks, and fresh pieces, and I never leave disappointed! Highly recommend."

"Paul is a dedicated and talented artist. His work is impeccable and his knowledge, of tattooing and it's history, is impressive. One off work to cover ups Paul and his staff can do it all. Don't take my word for it, give him a call..."

"Paul is a long-time friend and my tattoo artist even back when we were both in Washington, DC. I had moved first to NY, and then when I learned that he and his wife were moving to Syracuse, I got super excited, partly also because it would make my commute to him easier. And yes, I made the four-hour trip to DC for my appointments - I trust no one else to tattoo me! His work is solid, professional, and custom to exactly what I envision! In fact, he comes up with designs that surpass my expectations!!!"
