"I see all the negative reviews here and I am surprised. Over the past few years, including just this past week, I have been to this office several times. Each time I was taken at or before my appointment time, and the staff are pleasant and professional. I have never had a problem. The one thing I will say is that I have witnessed some people having trouble with the check-in process. Maybe that could be improved on. edit 11-25-23 Taking a star away from my last review. I recently went there after my Dr.'s office said they sent in a script for me for blood work, and when I got there, they took me right away (I did have an appointment), but they couldn't find any record of a test being ordered, so I had to contact the Dr.'s office and come back. I made an appointment and before I went back I tried to contact Quest to make sure they had the script this time, but there is no way to get in touch with them, so that was frustrating. I went to the Dr. and asked for a paper copy. When I got there the kiosk wouldn't recognize the code or the QR code, and even putting in my details it said I had no appointments scheduled, even though I had the confirmation and reminders right there on my phone. So I had to wait a if I were a walk in, which fortunately wasn't long. Then when I got in they again said they had no record of any tests being ordered, but lucky for me I had the paper script. At no point was the staff rude or unprofessional, and the blood draw was painless. However, it seems their computer systems could use some help."

"Typical Quest place. Nothing spectacular, the receptionist is a computer looking just as inviting as on my picture :). While I was figuring out how to deal with the check-in process on it, one staff member passed by without a hello, smile, gesture let alone any attempt to ask if help was needed ( I surely was making a struggling face as the process had not been 1-2-3). At the end, the nurse taking my blood sample was top notch so i took off only 1 star after all"

"awful experience. VERY rude and VERY unprofessional. I was sitting in the waiting room when i heard someone far away yell “ARE YOU MIRANDA”, i get up to look and it’s the dark haired nurse all the way down the hallway with an attitude, didn’t even have the commen decency to retrieve me from the waiting room like a normal doctors office. she was very rude to the point another patient asked “are you in a hurry?”. Never going back here."

"Horrible service. First I went in around 3 pm to get bloodwork my doc faxed over to them. They told me I needed to fast to come back in the morning. So I left and went back the next morning. I signed in and waited. 40 mins. Nurse comes out and tells me if I'm a walk in, it may be awhile. I said, ok. Another HOUR goes by the nurse comes out again and says it may be another hour! I told her I was fasting, she said too bad. I should have made appointment. I told her the nurse last night told me to come in the morning she said well she didn't make an appointment for me then added they may not get to me at all! I had to practically beg for my script, by now I'm dizzy cause I haven't eaten in hours, and they could care less! I left, and another gentlemen left with me. Astonished at the treatment. I will never go to this lab again and will be telling my doctor about the horrible experience I had."
