"Doodle Bugs in Victor is just a diamond in the rough for child care in today’s messy world. We’ve been going there for almost 4 years and have enrolled our newborn here knowing that the staff will show up everyday and give our child their best. From Aly and Shannon at the front to the cooks in the back, all the support staff and teachers in between that have grown up with our child through the years and have helped shape who he is, what a lucky thing it is to have familiar friendly faces help teach your kids all there there is to know about the world in the moments you can’t ."

"I recently enrolled my second daughter in this day care's Southpointe branch for a year, primarily due to its convenient location near my workplace. However, I must express my utmost disappointment with this particular daycare center, as it has been the worst experience compared to my previous choices such as Primrose and Godard. From the very beginning, it became apparent that the staff at this daycare lacked genuine concern for the well-being of the children in their care. Rather than nurturing and comforting the little ones who were upset or crying, they seemed to have only one approach: if a child cried, they simply let them cry, disregarding any attempts to provide comfort. On the other hand, if a child remained quiet, they were allowed to engage in playtime. This method displayed a lack of understanding and empathy towards the emotional needs of the children. In stark contrast to my first daughter's experience at Primrose, where she learned a wide range of alphabet and numbers within a year, this daycare failed to provide any form of educational guidance or structured learning. It was disheartening to see my second daughter make no progress in her development during her time there. Furthermore, the management of this daycare center left much to be desired. When we requested to terminate our contract temporarily for a long vacation, they responded in an unprofessional manner by transferring my daughter to another class as a form of punishment. This punitive action not only affected us but also put unnecessary strain on our daughter. Based on the appalling experience we had with this daycare, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone. The lack of care, poor educational approach, and unprofessional management make it an unsuitable choice for any parent seeking quality childcare. I strongly advise exploring other options that prioritize the well-being and growth of your child."

"We can’t say enough wonderful things about Victor Doodlebugs! Our girls (2 and 4 years old) absolutely love their teachers and friends they’ve made over the years. The center is super clean and just looks like a fun place to be! My husband and I feel so comfortable sending them. We love the ability to check in on them on the Watch me grow app. The staff is warm and welcoming. We are so happy with our experience with everyone at doodlebugs!"
