"Personnel appeared competent and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, I was very concerned about cleanliness of the facility. The floors were not clean. The lockers in the changing rooms were very dirty, especially the floors of the lockers. Two patients were assigned to each changing room and I did not observe any cleaning between patients and no wipes were in the rooms. Dirty linen spilled out of the hampers. In hindsight, I should have left before my procedure."
