"Aweful, zero concern or care, zoom you in and out the door, didn’t offer a shampoo or style, even though I paid for a cut and style. Had to ask for hairspray, had to ask to trim side burns, hair dresser asked if I wanted the other side to match!? Seriously too, not in a kidding playful manner. Yikes. Next time, I’ll request Karen and make an appointment and not trust anyone because they work there….so they don’t butcher me on a walk in again like today."
