"The houses are okay. There is a huge problem with mold, and when I brought it up, that was the response. There is an issue because of the way the homes are built. Also, I am upset that there are so many covered up issues. I have a ton of water damage behind my walls, and some people were contracted to fix it.. well the cheap cover up is again damaged.. I would not choose to move back here.. the staff is very friendly though. They definitely need to renovate these homes. There have been tons of break ins lately, and I no longer feel safe!"

"As far as community centers go this is a nice location. We were here for a Christmas party recently and the facility is nice inside and out. The gymnasium is a little outdated but the rest of the facility is up to date. It has a nice kitchen area which is great for hosting events and the staff decorates for holidays making is pleasant to be there. The kids play area is nice and well stocked with toys for younger kids and they have a digital play area which suits both older kids and adults. They have Wii's and other games and a large area with an oversized chess game on the floor. They also have a nice business center that is well taken care of and well set up. The MP's check the area out often making it very secure and parking is nice with plenty of spots for your event. The only reason it was not 5 stars was due to the gym being out of date."

"Lady I spoke to over the phone was rude and when I came to view the house, I waited 2hrs no one showed up the "in the neighborhood be back soon" note was on that door for a very long time. Had to eventually leave after waiting that long. Really thinking twice about moving here"
