York Theater Fort Liberty, NC 28307

"The York Theater in Fort Bragg is an must-visit. The theater and imaintained, with comfortable seating and excellent sight lines from every angle. The stage is large and well-equipped. The sound system is great delivering audio on stage. And the lighting design is simple. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure that every one feels comfortable. York Theater in Fort Bragg is the perfect destination. I can't recommend it highly enough - it's truly a treasure of the community!"

"Unfortunately, the venue is old and unmaintained. Used to be a great place to catch a $2 film on post. Now it is only used for last minute briefings (if another, cleaner, more aesthetic location wasn't reserved). On a good note, the restroom facilities do have running water and there is a Red Bull machine outside of the front entrance."

"Lighting and seating was pretty bad. Also the AC wasn't on. And the bathroom smell went into the auditorium. Not a great place. Just a place."

"Very run down building. It could be used for cool events (maybe even movies) but it's mold infested now. It doesn't appear that DPW is taking care of it at all."
